Prada seeks a Team Manager in Miami (Bal Harbour) to lead the boutique team, drive sales performance and elevate the client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the store team to achieve and exceed financial targets through proactive coaching, sales leadership and performance management.
  • Develop and implement business plans with the Store Manager using product performance analysis and targeted action plans.
  • Maximize commercial opportunities through sales floor leadership, visible presence and adherence to Prada standards.
  • Drive cross‑selling and up‑selling across product categories and foster a strong digital mindset within the team.
  • Guarantee an outstanding Client Journey: welcome clients, convey Prada’s brand values, and deliver personalised, memorable experiences.
  • Cultivate and expand client relationships; ensure high‑quality client profile capture and meaningful after‑sales service.
  • Manage customer complaints to preserve client relationships and drive positive outcomes.
  • Coach, mentor and identify talent within the team; partner with HR and L&D to deliver individual development plans.
  • Ensure operational excellence: enforce cash, inventory and logistics procedures, protect company assets and maintain staff grooming standards.
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Merchandising teams to communicate department needs and support store presentation.
  • Master company digital tools and applications and ensure the team remains current on relevant updates.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in retail with at least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in luxury fashion or an equivalent premium retail environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive sales and analyse product performance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching skills with a client‑centric approach.
  • Thorough knowledge of luxury fashion trends and product culture.
  • Highly organised, detail oriented and dependable, with flexibility in schedule and working hours.

Experience
