Prada — Team Manager, Menswear in Las Vegas (Las Vegas City Center). Lead the mens team, drive sales and deliver signature Prada client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the menswear sales team to achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences and develop long-term client relationships through effective clienteling.
  • Drive visual merchandising standards and presentation for the men's assortment to reflect Prada brand guidelines.
  • Coach, develop and evaluate team members; manage scheduling, performance reviews and succession planning for the menswear floor.
  • Oversee stock management and inventory accuracy for the men's department, including replenishment and stockroom processes.
  • Manage daily store operations for the men's area, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and regional management on promotions, product launches and business initiatives; prepare regular sales and activity reports.

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience in luxury retail, preferably within menswear.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store KPIs.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in merchandising and inventory control.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach and retain high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; polished client-facing presence.
