Prada Team Manager role in Lisbon: lead retail team, drive sales excellence, and deliver exceptional client experiences in luxury fashion.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and coach the retail team to their fullest potential while driving a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Drive team performance to exceed KPI targets and contribute to overall store success through goal-setting and performance management
  • Conduct regular performance discussions with the Store Manager/Director, analyze results, and develop actionable improvement plans
  • Provide consistent feedback and coaching to team members, identifying development needs and collaborating with Retail Trainers on tailored development programmes
  • Train the team on Client Journey principles, clienteling techniques, storytelling, and comprehensive product knowledge
  • Participate in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding talent in collaboration with the Store Manager
  • Maintain a visible, consistent presence on the sales floor to maximize business opportunities and ensure superior client experience
  • Lead clienteling initiatives including data collection, client outreach, private appointments, re-purchases, and VIC engagement and retention
  • Proactively identify and engage new client prospects to expand the store's client base
  • Ensure clients receive exceptional after-sales service, including product care and maintenance support, to foster loyalty and maximise business opportunities
  • Monitor assigned category performance and propose action plans to achieve targets
  • Collaborate with Retail Merchandising teams to provide feedback on product, stock, and business-driving requests
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising to maximise category potential while maintaining adherence to store image guidelines
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure back-of-house structure and layout maximises efficiency and selling opportunities
  • Lead by example in exemplary product care and strict compliance with all policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail team management or supervisory leadership within luxury or premium brands
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of clienteling, CRM systems, and client journey best practices
  • Expertise in sales floor management and driving KPI achievement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
  • Ability to balance team management with direct client engagement
  • Strong organisational and strategic planning capabilities

Experience
