Prada Team Manager position in Lisbon. Lead retail team, drive sales excellence, and deliver exceptional client experience in luxury environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop retail team members to their fullest potential while fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and growth
  • Drive team performance to exceed KPI targets and contribute to overall store success through goal-setting and individual performance management
  • Conduct regular performance discussions with Store Manager/Director, analyze results, and create actionable improvement plans
  • Provide consistent feedback and coaching to team members, identifying development needs and partnering with Retail Trainers to tailor development plans
  • Train team on Client Journey, clienteling, storytelling, and comprehensive product knowledge to enable sales excellence
  • Participate in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding in collaboration with Store Manager
  • Create a positive and harmonious work environment by leading by example and ensuring team cooperation
  • Maximize sales floor opportunities through efficient management and visible presence for team support
  • Lead team in delivering superior client experience, adhering to all Client Journey principles to foster long-term relationships
  • Train Client Advisors on all clienteling steps: data collection, client outreach, private appointments, re-purchases, VIC engagement and retention
  • Identify and engage with new clients to expand the store's client base
  • Ensure clients receive exceptional after-sales experience including product care services that enhance loyalty and business opportunities
  • Lead by example in exemplary product care and respect for merchandise
  • Ensure strict compliance with all corporate policies and procedures while supporting team in daily operational tasks
  • Monitor performance of assigned product categories and propose action plans to achieve targets
  • Collaborate with Retail Merchandising teams to provide feedback on products, stock situations, and specific requests
  • Work with Visual Merchandising team to maximize category potential while maintaining store image and guidelines
  • Partner with Operations team to ensure stockroom structure and layout maximize efficiency and selling opportunities

Qualifications

  • Proven retail leadership experience with demonstrated track record in team management
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail environment and client service standards
  • Experience with CRM systems and clienteling best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising and category performance management

Experience
