PRADA Team Manager in Lisbon — lead a luxury boutique team, drive sales and client experience at PRADA's Lisbon store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the boutique sales team to consistently achieve sales targets, KPIs and high standards of client service.
- Drive clienteling activities and cultivate long-term relationships with high-value and prospective clients, ensuring personalised service and follow-up.
- Manage day-to-day store operations including staff scheduling, visual merchandising adherence, stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Own sales performance reporting, analyse KPIs and implement action plans to optimise conversion, average transaction value and retention.
- Ensure compliance with loss-prevention procedures, cash handling policies, brand operational standards and corporate guidelines.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management; deliver regular coaching, appraisals and on-the-floor training.
- Collaborate with regional management, merchandising and CRM teams to execute product launches, local events and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain an immaculate boutique environment that reflects brand visual standards and the maison’s luxury positioning.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership capability with strong people-management and coaching skills.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding retail sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to deliver a personalised luxury client experience.
- Organisational aptitude to manage shifts, stock flow, reporting and operational processes simultaneously.
- Professionalism, discretion and a customer-centric attitude suited to a high-end luxury environment.
- Fluency in Portuguese and strong working knowledge of English preferred.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role within luxury fashion or premium retail, with proven success in driving sales and developing teams.
Education
Secondary education required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
