Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a cross-functional guest-facing team to deliver exceptional, brand-standard service across shifts.
- Manage daily operations including staff scheduling, shift handovers, workload allocation and on-the-floor supervision.
- Coach, develop and deliver training to team members; drive individual performance and succession planning.
- Resolve guest issues and complex service recoveries with tact, urgency and adherence to brand recovery protocols.
- Partner with departmental managers (housekeeping, F&B, security, events) to ensure seamless guest journeys and operational continuity.
- Monitor and report on operational KPIs, guest satisfaction metrics and service recovery trends; implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, regulatory requirements and internal standards, including audits and inspections.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and performance-management processes; enforce policies and maintain staffing budgets.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, resort or upscale hospitality environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, deliver high service standards and manage busy shift operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to de-escalate guest complaints and manage service recoveries.
- Flexible availability to work shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays as required by resort operations.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Typically 2–4 years of progressive supervisory experience within luxury or upscale hospitality operations; prior experience managing frontline teams and direct guest interactions is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
