Prada seeks a Team Manager at its Wynn Las Vegas boutique to lead sales, clienteling and boutique operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a boutique sales team to achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales KPIs, conversion and average transaction value targets.
  • Coach, develop and appraise sales consultants through one-to-one feedback, product training and performance plans to raise service standards and commercial outcomes.
  • Own day-to-day boutique operations including staff scheduling, floor management, client servicing, stock management and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
  • Deliver an exceptional clienteling programme: build and maintain high-value client relationships, manage appointments and drive repeat business and VIP events.
  • Ensure the boutique's visual merchandising, product presentation and brand standards are maintained consistently to corporate guidelines.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and corporate teams on local marketing initiatives, seasonal roll-outs and special events at the Wynn property.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail, with demonstrated results in meeting sales targets and developing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse sales performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; polished client-facing demeanour appropriate to ultra-luxury clientele.
  • Sound knowledge of visual merchandising principles and inventory control processes.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods typical of a hospitality-resort location.

Experience
