Prada is hiring a Team Manager in Las Vegas to lead store sales, client experience and team development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the store team to exceed financial targets, maximize sales performance and drive category growth through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans by analysing product performance and proposing targeted action plans.
  • Ensure an exceptional Client Journey by welcoming clients, articulating Prada’s brand values, and personally cultivating high-value client relationships.
  • Develop and execute clienteling strategies and after-sales initiatives to increase loyalty, capture customer profiles and grow the client base.
  • Coach, motivate and mentor the sales team; identify development needs, propose talent for internal progression and collaborate with HR and L&D to implement individual development plans.
  • Model sales leadership through visible presence on the sales floor, direct selling activity, and by fostering a digital mindset across the team.
  • Oversee store operations including cash procedures, inventory control, logistics and back-of-house organisation to protect company assets and maintain grooming and merchandising standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date market and product knowledge and provide feedback to Store Manager, Visual Merchandising and Merchandising teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and coaching skills with a track record of achieving retail sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical capability to interpret performance metrics and translate findings into action plans.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury fashion sector and current market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric orientation.
  • High attention to detail, organisational rigour and dependability.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.

Experience
