Prada seeks a Team Manager in Istanbul to lead boutique sales, clienteling and operations for the brand's Istanbul boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the boutique sales team to consistently achieve sales targets, KPIs and client acquisition objectives.
  • Drive high-touch clienteling and long-term relationship management, ensuring personalised service and optimal aftercare.
  • Implement brand visual and merchandising standards on the sales floor and in-window displays in coordination with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving, and loss-prevention procedures to protect margin and availability.
  • Manage daily store operations including scheduling, payroll oversight, cash handling, POS reconciliation and operational reporting.
  • Coach, mentor and conduct regular performance reviews; identify training needs and facilitate professional development.
  • Collaborate with district management on local sales strategy, store-level promotions and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in luxury or premium retail with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing KPIs, forecasts and sales reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-centric orientation and proven clienteling results.
  • Experience in staff recruitment, performance management and delivering training in a boutique environment.
  • Fluent business proficiency in English is highly desirable; Turkish language competence expected for local client engagement.

Experience
