Prada seeks a Team Manager in East Hampton, NY to lead the boutique sales team, drive KPIs and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations in East Hampton, including staffing, scheduling and on-floor leadership to meet brand standards.
- Drive sales performance and KPIs through active coaching, clienteling and personalised service to high-net-worth and local clientele.
- Develop and mentor the sales team, delivering regular training on product knowledge, selling techniques and client relationship management.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation conform to global directives and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, deliveries and loss-prevention procedures in coordination with corporate and regional teams.
- Own administrative and compliance tasks: cash handling, POS reconciliation, reporting, and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate VIP appointments, private client events and local marketing initiatives to elevate brand presence and client acquisition.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or management experience in luxury retail, ideally within a high-end fashion or accessories boutique.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and developing high-performing teams.

- Strong organisational capability with experience in inventory control and loss-prevention practices.
- Availability to work a retail schedule including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
