Role & Responsibilities

- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans through product performance analysis and action proposals.
- Encourage cross-selling and up-selling across product categories.
- Ensure efficient sales floor management and uphold Prada standards.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and support team members in building client relations.
- Promote a digital mindset and improve client relationships to achieve business objectives.
- Stay informed on market trends.
- Ensure clients experience an inspiring and engaging journey.
- Cultivate customer relationships to create brand advocates and achieve high-quality customer profile capture.
- Identify opportunities to gain new clients and strengthen client loyalty.
- Manage customer complaints to maintain positive client relationships.
- Support team development through coaching and training needs assessment.
- Encourage information exchange within the team and conduct morning briefings.
- Identify and propose internal development opportunities for team talents.
- Ensure team operates with the highest level of care and respect for the product.
- Support synergy and cooperation between front and back of house.
- Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Provide feedback on department needs to the Store Manager and relevant departments.
- Ensure effective back-of-house organization and staff grooming standards.
- Master company tools and applications, ensuring team is informed of updates.
- Train and inspire the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.

Experience
Demonstrated experience in a luxury retail environment with a focus on team leadership and client relations.
