Prada Team Manager role in Cannes, France – lead retail operations, drive sales performance, and develop talent in luxury fashion retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and coach team members to maximize their potential and inspire a culture of excellence, teamwork, and growth
  • Drive performance to exceed KPI targets and contribute to overall store success through goal-setting and individual performance management
  • Conduct regular performance discussions with the Store Manager/Director to analyze results and create actionable improvement plans
  • Provide consistent feedback and coaching to support team development, identifying individual needs and partnering with Retail Trainers on tailored development plans
  • Train team on all aspects of the Client Journey, clienteling techniques, product storytelling, and product knowledge
  • Participate in talent recruitment, identification, and onboarding in collaboration with Store Management
  • Create and maintain a positive, harmonious work environment that fosters cooperation within the team and across store leadership
  • Manage the sales floor with visible, consistent presence to maximize business opportunities and ensure efficient operations
  • Lead the team in delivering superior client experiences adhering to Client Journey principles to foster long-term relationships
  • Oversee CRM and clienteling initiatives, training Client Advisors in data collection, client outreach, private appointments, and VIP engagement and retention
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the store's client base through prospect engagement
  • Ensure clients receive exceptional after-sales experiences including product care services to maintain item longevity and maximize loyalty and business opportunities
  • Lead by example with exemplary product care and respect, ensuring the team operates with the highest standard of care for inventory
  • Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines while providing team support
  • Monitor assigned category performance and proactively propose action plans to achieve targets
  • Collaborate with Retail Merchandising teams, providing effective feedback on products, stock situations, and business growth opportunities
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising team to maximize category potential while adhering to established brand guidelines
  • Work with Operations team to ensure back-office structure and layout maximize efficiency and selling opportunities

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in retail or luxury retail environments
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive business performance
  • Strong expertise in team development, coaching, and performance management
  • Deep understanding of client-centric retail principles and CRM/clienteling methodologies
  • Familiarity with luxury product care standards and Brand Ambassador expectations
  • Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising principles

Experience

Education

Business, Retail Management degree or equivalent professional qualification is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is the minimum requirement.
