PRADA seeks a Team Manager for its Istanbul Airport boutique. Lead sales, operations and clienteling at a luxury boutique in Istanbul, Turkey.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a boutique sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, conversion and average transaction value objectives.
- Drive clienteling and CRM initiatives to cultivate long-term relationships with high-net-worth and frequent-traveler clients.
- Oversee daily store operations at the airport boutique including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS operations and reconciliations.
- Implement and maintain brand visual merchandising standards, ensuring product presentation and store layout reflect seasonal directives.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and shrinkage prevention in coordination with regional supply chain and store teams.
- Develop staff through coaching, product and service training, performance reviews and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with internal loss-prevention, health & safety and airport-specific security and operational protocols.
- Coordinate with airport authorities, regional management and cross-functional teams to execute promotions, events and local initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail or premium travel retail, preferably with responsibility for a boutique or airport store.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop a multicultural sales team under service-oriented, KPI-driven conditions.
- Strong numerical literacy with experience managing sales targets, budgets, cash reconciliations and basic P&L awareness.
- Professional proficiency in Turkish and business-level English highly preferred to serve an international client base.
- Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills with a polished, guest-centric demeanour suitable for luxury clientele.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-leader capacity; airport or travel-retail experience is strongly advantageous.
Education
High school diploma required; tertiary qualification in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
