Luxury brand in Beverly Hills seeks Team Manager for Rodeo Drive boutique to lead sales, operations and client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and schedule the boutique sales team to deliver consistent, exceptional client experiences and meet sales targets.
  • Drive daily and monthly sales performance through coaching, floor presence, clienteling and proactive conversion strategies.
  • Oversee boutique operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, loss prevention and point-of-sale reconciliation.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation in line with brand directives.
  • Develop VIP client relationships and coordinate personalised service, private appointments and post-sale follow-up.
  • Recruit, onboard and train new hires; manage performance reviews and career development plans for team members.
  • Collaborate with regional management and cross-functional partners (merchandising, marketing, CRM) to execute local initiatives and events.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local labour laws and health & safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail management experience in a luxury fashion or premium retail environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs and driving team performance.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting, coaching and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to visual merchandising and operational detail.
  • High level of client service orientation, discretion and professionalism when handling high-value clientele.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays; legally authorised to work in the U.S.

Experience
