Prada Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive is hiring a Team Manager in Beverly Hills to lead boutique sales, client experience and merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop the boutique sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Own the in-store client experience: cultivate relationships with high-net-worth and VIP clients through personalised clienteling and CRM follow-up.
  • Drive merchandising standards and visual presentation to uphold Prada brand aesthetics and seasonal directives on Rodeo Drive.
  • Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate with district leadership on local sales strategy, events, and private client appointments; prepare regular performance and sales reports.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing a sales team in a luxury fashion boutique or premium retail environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with strong clienteling skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching ability with experience in recruitment, performance management and staff development.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a high-traffic, high-expectation retail setting.
  • Fluent English required; additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) are an advantage. Flexible availability including weekends and evenings.

Experience
