Prada Team Manager position in Bangkok. Lead retail excellence, manage Client Advisors, and drive sales performance in a luxury fashion emporium environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive team performance against sales, KPI, and clienteling targets whilst maintaining store-wide commercial excellence
  • Conduct regular performance conversations with Client Advisors, recognizing achievements and co-developing actionable growth plans
  • Coach, nurture, and develop team members to their fullest potential whilst cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Lead training initiatives on Client Journey principles, clienteling strategies, product knowledge, and brand storytelling
  • Participate in talent identification, recruitment, and onboarding of high-calibre candidates
  • Act as Floor Manager to maximize business opportunities through strategic team orchestration, timely coaching, and client appointment preparation
  • Inspire the team to deliver superior client experiences and foster long-term client relationships consistent with brand principles
  • Develop and execute team strategies to expand the client base through proactive prospecting and comprehensive client data collection
  • Establish expertise in assigned product categories, analyse performance trends, and develop strategies to achieve category targets
  • Collaborate with Head Office merchandising teams to provide feedback on product performance, stock levels, and market-specific requirements
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising teams to optimize category displays whilst adhering to brand guidelines
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure back-of-house layout and processes maximize efficiency and product care standards

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management or equivalent leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing retail teams
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion industry dynamics and consumer behaviour
  • Expertise in clienteling strategies and relationship-based selling
  • Proficiency in retail performance metrics and commercial analysis
