Prada Group Talent Acquisition Manager in Hong Kong managing recruitment across Asia-Pacific. Full recruitment lifecycle, employer branding, and strategic talent pipeline development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies aligned to each market
  • Lead recruitment efforts focused on retail positions, ensuring timely fulfilment of critical roles
  • Ensure alignment with regional and global HR policies, compensation guidelines, and approval processes
  • Drive proactive talent mapping and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key business-critical roles
  • Support store leaders on people-related topics including team structure, succession planning, promotions, mobility, and capability development
  • Contribute to HR projects such as organization changes, culture and engagement initiatives, talent development programs, and regional HR alignment
  • Handle employee enquiries professionally and escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Act as the primary recruitment advisor to business leaders across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, and the Philippines
  • Facilitate regular updates and market insights to hiring managers regarding candidate availability, hiring challenges, and progress of active searches
  • Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques and best practices
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, partnerships, and headhunting
  • Strengthen employer branding through recruitment marketing, career events, collaborations with educational institutions, and consistent digital presence
  • Manage relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies and educational institutions
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor legislation
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in ATS and recruitment dashboards
  • Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and related metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement in hiring workflows to enhance candidate experience and process efficiency

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management in a multi-market environment
  • Strong knowledge of local labor legislation across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, and/or the Philippines
  • Demonstrated expertise in retail recruitment and workforce planning
  • Experience managing recruitment operations, ATS systems, and recruitment dashboards
  • Track record of developing and executing successful sourcing strategies
  • Ability to partner effectively with business leaders and hiring managers at various organizational levels

Experience

Experience managing retail recruitment at scale and working collaboratively with regional business units.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in recruitment practices or talent management is advantageous.
