Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing and screening.
- Use Boolean searches and targeted outreach to build diverse talent pipelines across functions and levels.
- Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communications and feedback loops between hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare candidate shortlists, interview briefs and recruiter summaries for hiring managers.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment events as required.
- Generate basic recruitment metrics and reports to track time-to-fill, candidate flow and sourcing effectiveness.
- Ensure confidentiality and a high-quality candidate experience at all stages of the process.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional phone manner.
- Organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight timelines.
- Discretion handling confidential candidate and business information.
- Curiosity for talent market trends and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or part-time experience in recruitment, HR administration or campus hiring is preferred but not required. Familiarity with sourcing techniques and exposure to ATS platforms will be considered an advantage.
Education
Current enrolment in a university degree programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
