Prada Talent Acquisition Intern, Paris – Support recruitment and employer branding for Prada and Miu Miu (July–December 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Post job openings and manage candidate applications across platforms
- Source candidates and build talent pools for all business functions within Prada and Miu Miu
- Progressively manage the full recruitment cycle, with a goal of independently leading searches
- Develop and maintain a database of target schools and universities to establish long-term partnerships
- Launch and oversee the internship recruitment campaign
- Monitor competitors and emerging recruitment trends and industry best practices
- Create content and communication materials for employer branding events, including Prada and Miu Miu Talent Days
- Manage LinkedIn communications and support employer branding initiatives
- Contribute to projects enhancing candidate experience and employer brand positioning
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (or equivalent postgraduate level) in Human Resources or related field
- Demonstrated interest in careers in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Business Partner roles
- Prior internship or work experience in the retail industry (preferred)
- Professional working proficiency in English with ability to screen candidates and communicate with international headquarters
- Strong understanding of candidate experience and employer branding principles
- Experience with LinkedIn and social media recruitment channels (preferred)

Initial exposure to the retail industry through a previous internship or work experience is preferred but not required.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master's degree (or equivalent postgraduate qualification) in Human Resources.
