Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage stockroom operations including goods receipt, inventory organisation and inter-store stock transfers.
  • Execute client deliveries and coordinate order fulfilment in line with customer requests.
  • Maintain sales floor housekeeping, visual standards and overall store presentation.
  • Provide client hospitality, including serving drinks and supporting in‑store guest experience.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoice printing, packaging and preparation of shipped items.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable passion for fashion and strong customer service orientation.
  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English to communicate with clients and colleagues.
