Prada seeks a Store Runner in Cortina d'Ampezzo to support boutique operations, inventory and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack and inspect incoming deliveries; log and organise inventory in the stockroom according to brand procedures.
- Rapidly replenish the sales floor to maintain full assortments and visual standards during trading hours.
- Prepare and process returns, exchanges and transfer shipments; coordinate with couriers and the central logistics team.
- Support visual merchandising setups and daily housekeeping to ensure the boutique presents to brand guidelines.
- Provide discreet client support when required (e.g., carrying items, preparing garments for clients) and assist sales advisors as needed.
- Conduct routine stock counts and assist with loss-prevention procedures to safeguard inventory integrity.
- Maintain clear communication with store management and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment; previous experience in luxury retail or premium hospitality preferred.
- Physical stamina and comfort handling merchandise and frequent movement around the boutique and stockroom.
- High degree of discretion, reliability and attention to detail when handling client property and high-value inventory.
- Strong teamwork skills and the capacity to follow brand processes and visual standards precisely.
- Valid authorization to work in Italy.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; 1+ years of retail or hospitality experience is preferred, ideally within a luxury or high-volume boutique environment. Experience handling deliveries, stock organisation and assisting client-facing teams is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail training or vocational courses in retail/merchandising are a plus.
