Prada seeks a Store Manager in Zurich to lead boutique sales, client experience and team development at its Zurich boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own overall store performance and deliver sales targets through strategic planning, KPI management and budget control.
- Lead, coach and develop the store team to exceed individual and collective KPIs, ensuring succession planning and internal mobility.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience by being present on the sales floor, driving clienteling, private appointments and loyalty initiatives.
- Develop local business plans, identify opportunities to increase footfall and attract new high-value clients in the market.
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations to implement sales strategies and visual displays that maximise conversion.
- Oversee store operations including cash procedures, inventory control, logistics and reporting to head office.
- Partner with the Retail Events Office and local stakeholders to plan and execute client events and activations that drive engagement and spend.
- Promote omni-channel development within the team to ensure seamless integration between in-store and digital client journeys.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate, recruit and retain high-performing retail teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience driving sales in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent client service orientation with demonstrated clienteling and relationship-building abilities.
- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable enforcing operational procedures (cash, inventory, reporting).
- Fluent spoken English; additional languages desirable.
- Business or Retail Management degree (or equivalent) is a plus.

Experience
Demonstrable experience in luxury retail with a strong track record of achieving sales targets; typically 5+ years in retail with at least 2 years in a managerial or store-leadership role, including hiring, team development and P&L responsibility.
Education
Business/Retail Management degree preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
