Miu Miu seeks an experienced Store Manager in Vancouver to lead boutique operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performance and exceed store KPIs
- Develop and implement strategic business plans in cooperation with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams
- Lead, coach, and develop the store team while establishing succession planning and fostering internal growth
- Serve as company brand ambassador and business leader, ensuring outstanding client experiences on the sales floor
- Foster a client-centric mindset through relationship development and personalized service initiatives
- Implement clienteling programs and private appointment culture to increase client loyalty and spending
- Develop sales strategy with proper product displays that maximize sales in accordance with company guidelines
- Manage store-operating budget and control expenses while maintaining cash, inventory, and logistics compliance
- Promote omnichannel development and integration between front and back-of-house operations
- Represent the company on the local market, identifying new business opportunities and building loyal client relationships
- Coordinate with Retail Events Office on local events and propose new partnership opportunities with local stakeholders and influencers
- Recruit top talent through networking and market scouting to build high-performing teams
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Store Manager or equivalent leadership role in luxury retail
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet financial targets
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of luxury sector, fashion, art, and design
- Native or proficient fluency in English; additional languages preferred
- Business or Retail Management degree, or equivalent professional experience

Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience in a luxury goods environment, with demonstrated success in driving sales, leading teams, and exceeding performance targets.
Education
Business Administration, Retail Management, or equivalent professional qualification preferred; secondary education required.
