Prada seeks a Temporary Store Manager in Bloomington, MN to lead the Mall of America boutique, drive sales and elevate client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own overall store performance and act as the local Brand Ambassador, driving sales and ensuring achievement of KPIs.
  • Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations teams.
  • Lead, coach and inspire the store team; recruit and develop talent while establishing clear succession plans.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor to guarantee exemplary client service and cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Drive clienteling and private appointment culture, partnering with company functions to execute client events and loyalty initiatives.
  • Promote omnichannel growth through the team by integrating digital and in-store experiences.
  • Manage store budget and control operating expenses; ensure compliance with cash, inventory, logistics and reporting procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Events Office and local stakeholders to conceive and deliver targeted local events and promotional activities.
  • Provide product feedback and participate in buying sessions when requested to align assortment with store demand.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and team-management capabilities with a business-driven mindset.
  • Strong customer-service orientation with an ability to cultivate and maintain high-value client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and merchandising awareness; detail-oriented and assertive.
  • Business or Retail Management degree is a plus; demonstrable passion for luxury, fashion, art and design.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages desirable.

Experience

At least 3 years of progressive store-management experience within luxury fashion or premium retail, with a proven record of exceeding sales targets and developing retail teams. Experience in high-traffic mall or flagship environments and running client events is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
