MIU MIU Store Manager in Taichung — lead boutique operations, client service and sales performance for the luxury fashion house MIU MIU.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations to deliver outstanding client service and maintain brand standards.
- Recruit, coach and develop sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Drive sales performance through active clienteling, KPI monitoring and local business development initiatives.
- Maintain visual merchandising, stock presentation and store standards in accordance with global guidelines.
- Manage inventory control, receiving, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Implement local marketing and client outreach activities, including private appointments and events.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, cash handling procedures and local regulatory requirements.
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports for regional management and contribute to local business planning.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in luxury fashion retail; prior boutique supervisory or store manager role required.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs within a premium or luxury retail environment.
- Strong clienteling skills with a customer-centric approach to build long-term relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and team development capabilities; ability to coach and motivate a diverse retail team.
- Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable; professional working knowledge of English preferred for reporting and liaison with regional teams.
- High level of commercial acumen, organization and attention to detail.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury or premium retail, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity overseeing store operations and sales teams.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or related field preferred.
