Miu Miu Store Manager in St. Moritz — lead boutique operations and sales for the luxury maison in a high-end alpine market.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the boutique team to consistently achieve and exceed sales KPIs, conversion and average transaction value targets.
- Own daily store operations including visual merchandising, inventory control, stock replenishment, loss prevention and adherence to brand presentation standards.
- Manage P&L drivers at store level: forecasting, expense control, and execution of local business plans to maximize profitability.
- Deliver exemplary clienteling and CRM execution: cultivate high-value relationships, manage client portfolios and coordinate personalised shopping experiences and events.
- Recruit, coach and retain talent; design training programmes to elevate product knowledge, service standards and selling techniques.
- Collaborate with regional leadership on promotional calendars, wholesale coordination and local marketing activations; represent the boutique in community and luxury-market initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations and HR procedures while maintaining rigorous operational discipline.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion boutiques, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing store-level P&L, forecasting and inventory dynamics.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills with experience using clienteling methodologies to drive repeat business.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience recruiting, coaching and performance-managing retail teams.
- Fluent business communication skills and a polished presentation appropriate for a haute couture clientele; multilingualism is highly desirable in international resort markets.

Typically requires 5+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a boutique or flagship environment; proven success in driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail.
