Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily boutique operations to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Recruit, develop and coach a high-performing sales team; manage scheduling, performance reviews and talent retention.

  • Coordinate store-level events, product launches and VIP appointments in partnership with marketing and regional teams.
  • Produce regular sales and operational reports for the district/regional management and implement action plans to address gaps.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail with demonstrable success meeting sales targets.
  • Prior experience managing a boutique or retail store, including team leadership and operational oversight.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with P&L, stock management and KPI-driven environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and a client-focused mindset suitable for a high-net-worth clientele.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and to attend occasional events.
