Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Recruit, develop and coach a high-performing sales team; manage scheduling, performance reviews and talent retention.
- Own visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique environment consistently reflects the maison’s aesthetic.
- Drive clienteling activities and CRM-led initiatives to deepen loyalty, increase repeat business and manage key client relationships.
- Oversee stock control, replenishment, shrinkage prevention and operational compliance, including cash handling and store security.
- Manage P&L responsibilities at the store level, including budgeting, payroll control and local expense management.
- Coordinate store-level events, product launches and VIP appointments in partnership with marketing and regional teams.
- Produce regular sales and operational reports for the district/regional management and implement action plans to address gaps.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail with demonstrable success meeting sales targets.
- Prior experience managing a boutique or retail store, including team leadership and operational oversight.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience with P&L, stock management and KPI-driven environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and a client-focused mindset suitable for a high-net-worth clientele.
- Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and to attend occasional events.

Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, including prior responsibility for managing shop-floor teams and store operations.
Education
Secondary education required; a degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline is preferred.
