Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performances and exceed KPIs.
- Develop and implement business plans to enhance store performance.
- Ensure an extraordinary client experience on the sales floor.

- Represent the brand in the local market to increase customer footfall and brand loyalty.
- Foster Omni Channel development and ensure synergy between front and back of house.
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with retail merchandising and operations teams.
- Organize and participate in local events to enhance client engagement and brand presence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent client relationship management and clienteling skills.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
