Prada Store Manager position in Orlando. Lead luxury retail sales operations, manage boutique teams, and drive business growth in a prestigious fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the store team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to overall store success
- Develop and implement business plans through analysis of product performance and relevant action plans in collaboration with senior management
- Foster cross-selling and upselling initiatives across all product categories to increase average transaction value
- Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management and visible leadership presence, maintaining Prada standards throughout the store
- Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership, supporting the team's individual sales efforts whilst developing personal client relationships
- Cultivate client relationships to create loyal brand advocates and leverage the team to capture comprehensive customer profiles with every transaction
- Develop and maintain solid client relationships through personalized follow-up and meaningful after-sales experiences
- Identify opportunities to acquire new clients and drive department sales growth through proactive client development
- Support clientelling initiatives and strengthen client loyalty through targeted engagement programs
- Manage client complaints professionally to maintain positive relationships and resolution outcomes
- Coach and support team members with consistent guidance, identifying development needs and tailoring individual development plans in collaboration with HR and L&D
- Encourage information exchange within the team and conduct targeted briefings on specific commercial and product topics
- Identify emerging talent within the team and propose candidates for internal development opportunities in coordination with senior management
- Train and inspire the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, client service standards, and company policies
- Foster a digital-first mindset across the team whilst encouraging adoption of technology to enhance client relationships and business performance
- Support synergy and cooperation between front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Enforce company procedures related to cash handling, inventory management, logistics, and head office reporting requirements
- Maintain effective and efficient care of company assets whilst ensuring staff grooming standards comply with brand guidelines
- Provide feedback and suggestions regarding departmental needs to senior management, visual merchandising, and merchandising teams
- Master all company tools and digital applications, ensuring the team remains informed of relevant updates and best practices
- Maintain current knowledge of market trends and luxury fashion industry developments
Qualifications
- Extensive retail management experience within the luxury fashion sector
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Comprehensive knowledge of luxury fashion industry trends and consumer behaviour
- Exceptional client service orientation with a proven ability to build lasting relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive retail management experience in luxury fashion, with proven success in leading sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and driving operational excellence. Prior experience at a Prada boutique or comparable luxury brand is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, retail management, or related field is preferred.
