Role & Responsibilities
- Own overall store performance as the local business leader and brand ambassador, accountable for sales, margin and KPI delivery.
- Drive and maximise sales through proactive commercial planning, local business plans and effective in-store execution.
- Lead, coach and develop the store team to achieve targets, ensuring succession planning and talent acquisition through scouting and networking.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by being present on the sales floor, promoting a private appointment culture and strengthening client relationships through clienteling and events.
- Ensure omnichannel integration and cooperation with e-commerce, retail merchandising, visual merchandising and retail operations to optimise customer journey and inventory flow.
- Manage store operating budget and control expenses; enforce company procedures for cash, inventory, logistics and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Retail Events Office and local stakeholders to design and execute events that increase footfall and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a luxury retail boutique or flagship store with responsibility for sales and P&L.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including hiring, coaching and performance management.
- Strong clienteling and customer-service orientation with ability to cultivate long-term client loyalty.
- Commercial acumen: ability to develop business plans, meet KPIs and control store operating budgets.
- Excellent communication skills in English (required); additional languages are advantageous.
- Product and market knowledge in luxury fashion, with interest in art and design.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
