Prada Store Manager position in Munich, Germany. Lead luxury boutique operations, manage team, and drive sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the company on the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build loyal brand relationships
- Maintain active sales floor presence to ensure exceptional client approach and service, fostering omnichannel development and front-to-back synergy
- Drive sales performance, develop business plans, and manage store operating budgets while controlling expenses

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and the luxury retail market
- Fluent in spoken German and English
