Prada Store Manager opportunity in Miami's Bal Harbour. Lead sales, drive growth, and deliver luxury client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive the store team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance, ensuring contribution to store success
  • Develop and implement business plans in collaboration with regional leadership, analyzing product performance and proposing actionable improvement strategies
  • Foster cross-selling and up-selling across product categories to capitalize on commercial opportunities
  • Ensure efficient sales floor management through visible leadership, role modeling, and adherence to Prada brand standards
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships to create brand advocates; leverage the team to achieve high-quality customer profile capture with every transaction
  • Support the team in executing clientelling initiatives and managing customer complaints proactively to maintain positive outcomes
  • Identify emerging market trends and communicate insights to the team
  • Coach and develop team members consistently; identify development needs and partner with HR and L&D to create tailored individual development plans
  • Lead morning briefings and knowledge-sharing sessions to build team capability and alignment
  • Identify high-potential talent for internal advancement opportunities and collaborate with Store Manager on development pathways
  • Foster a digital mindset within the team; encourage adoption of digital tools and client relationship platforms
  • Ensure compliance with company policies on cash handling, inventory management, logistics, and reporting requirements
  • Oversee back-of-house organization and asset protection; maintain staff grooming standards
  • Provide feedback and coordination with Visual Merchandising and Merchandising departments regarding departmental needs
  • Train and inspire the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, client service excellence, and company procedures
