Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and maximize store sales performance and ensure KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Develop and execute local business plans and sales strategies in cooperation with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations teams.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the store team; recruit talent through networking and market scouting.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and cultivate long-term Client relationships through clienteling, private appointments and local events.
  • Ensure store operations meet company standards: cash procedures, inventory control, logistics and reporting to head office.
  • Implement and promote omnichannel initiatives across the team to foster seamless customer journeys.
  • Oversee visual presentation to ensure displays attract Clients and maximize sales according to company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to plan and execute local events and partnerships with stakeholders and influencers.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership ability with strong people management and team development skills.
  • Business-driven mindset with capability to develop and execute sales plans and control store budgets/expenses.
  • Exceptional customer-service orientation and natural ability to welcome and retain luxury Clients.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and able to enforce company procedures for cash, inventory and reporting.
  • Strong market and product knowledge; genuine interest in luxury fashion, art and design.
  • Business or Retail Management degree preferred but not required.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both required).

Experience
