Prada Store Manager position in Kuala Lumpur - lead luxury retail operations and build client relationships in a strategic market.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performance and revenue targets
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans in cooperation with retail merchandising and operations teams
- Lead and inspire store team to exceed KPIs while ensuring professional development and succession planning
- Represent Prada on the local market, identifying opportunities to increase client footfall and build brand loyalty
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through personal sales floor presence and superior service delivery
- Foster omnichannel development and implement clienteling initiatives and private appointment culture
- Manage store operating budget and control expenses while maintaining cash, inventory, and logistics compliance
- Develop sales strategy aligned with visual merchandising and retail operations guidelines
- Organize local events in partnership with the Retail Events Office, stakeholders, and influencers
- Attract and recruit top talent through networking and market scouting
Qualifications
- Proven retail or luxury brand management experience
- Demonstrated leadership capability with track record of exceeding sales targets

Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive retail management experience in luxury fashion or premium brands, with demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering measurable business results.
Education
Business or retail management degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail management is acceptable.
