Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, ensuring exceptional client service and adherence to brand standards.
- Drive sales performance and key retail KPIs through effective coaching, visual merchandising and disciplined clienteling.
- Recruit, mentor and develop the store team; establish individual targets, deliver regular performance feedback and manage schedules.
- Oversee inventory integrity, stock replenishment and loss-prevention processes to optimise product availability and margin.
- Manage the boutique P&L, labour deployment and local operating costs in alignment with regional objectives.
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships; execute CRM initiatives and bespoke client experiences for VIP clientele.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, store procedures and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail management, ideally within premium fashion or leather goods.
- Demonstrable success meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPI-driven goals.
- Strong leadership capability with experience hiring, coaching and developing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Commercial acumen including inventory control, basic P&L oversight and KPI analysis.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Malay is highly desirable.
