PRADA Store Manager — Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. Lead luxury retail operations, drive sales and client experience for Prada at Pavilion KL.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur to achieve sales targets, margin objectives and service KPIs.
- Coach, develop and schedule a multi-disciplinary sales team; recruit and retain top-tier luxury retail talent.
- Drive premium clienteling and CRM activity, ensuring personalised engagement, follow-up and conversion of high-value clients.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards and seasonal floor moves to align with global brand directives and local market dynamics.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, shrinkage prevention and end-of-period reconciliations.
- Own store P&L tasks including budget adherence, expense control and regular financial reporting to regional management.
- Implement loss-prevention procedures and ensure compliance with company policies, local labour laws and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with regional buying, marketing and after-sales teams on launches, private events and service escalations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in luxury retail, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or store leadership role.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within a premium or luxury brand environment.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills and experience using CRM tools to grow high-value client portfolios.
- Strong leadership capability with experience in coaching, performance management and talent development.
- Excellent commercial acumen, comfortable managing store-level P&L and operational budgets.
- High standards of presentation and service, with a thorough understanding of luxury merchandising principles.
Skills
Experience
At least four years in luxury retail with progressive responsibility; prior experience managing a boutique or flagship store and delivering measurable sales growth is expected.
Education
Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, retail management, fashion or comparable vocational qualification; equivalent demonstrable retail experience accepted.
