Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performance and exceed KPIs.
- Develop and implement business plans to enhance store performance.
- Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build client loyalty.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience on the sales floor.
- Manage and coach the store team, fostering internal growth and succession planning.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations to develop sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Organize and participate in local events in collaboration with the Retail Events Office.
Qualifications
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
