Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and maximize sales performance and exceed KPIs.
  • Develop and implement business plans to enhance store performance.
  • Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build client loyalty.
  • Ensure an exceptional client experience on the sales floor.
  • Manage and coach the store team, fostering internal growth and succession planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations to develop sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
  • Organize and participate in local events in collaboration with the Retail Events Office.

Qualifications

  • Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate and persuade team members. Excellent customer service mindset. Organized and detail-oriented. Passion for luxury fashion, art, and design.

Experience

Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.

Education

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
