Prada Store Manager position in Hong Kong – lead boutique operations, drive sales, and manage high-performing retail team in luxury fashion environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance while establishing action plans based on detailed performance analysis
  • Ensure KPI achievement across product categories, including cross-selling and upselling initiatives
  • Lead by example on the sales floor to guarantee exceptional client service standards and the execution of the brand's 'selling ceremony'
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with VIP clients, implementing clienteling initiatives and personalised events to increase loyalty and spending
  • Build omnichannel awareness among the team and leverage digital tools to enhance client relationships and support e-commerce channel development
  • Monitor store operating budgets and expenses while providing effective product feedback to inform buying decisions
  • Attract, recruit, and develop top talent through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning
  • Oversee visual merchandising execution in accordance with brand guidelines and seek support to optimise display impact
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards including cash handling, inventory management, and logistics
  • Organise local events in partnership with head office, stakeholders, and influencers to drive client acquisition and retention

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of retail leadership in a luxury boutique environment
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed financial and KPI targets consistently
  • Strong client relationship management and VIP client portfolio experience
  • Experience in team building, recruitment, and talent development
  • Proficiency with retail management systems and omnichannel platforms
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising and inventory management best practices

Experience

Education

Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related discipline preferred.
