Prada Store Manager in Hong Kong – lead luxury retail operations, inspire teams, and drive sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive Store Team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance, ensuring comprehensive store success
- Develop and execute action plans based on rigorous performance analysis and market opportunities
- Lead the sales floor with a client-first mindset, ensuring highest standards of approach and service
- Mentor, coach, and develop store team members through training on product knowledge, sales techniques, client services, and company policies
- Foster omnichannel awareness and digital tool adoption to enhance client relationships and business outcomes
- Manage store operating budget and control expenses to meet financial targets
- Implement clienteling initiatives and VIC management strategies to cultivate client loyalty and increase spending
- Proactively identify and attract new clients while managing customer complaints to maintain positive relationships
- Oversee visual merchandising standards and display excellence in accordance with company guidelines
- Ensure enforcement of company procedures on cash management, inventory control, logistics, and head office reporting
- Organize and execute local events in partnership with retail head office and local stakeholders
- Recruit and attract top talent through networking and proactive scouting
- Act as a strong staff motivator, fostering positive team spirit and effective internal communication
Qualifications

- Proven ability to lead and inspire retail teams to achieve ambitious sales targets

Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in a luxury environment, ideally within fashion or accessories. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets, building and managing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional client experiences in a multi-brand or flagship store setting.
Education
Secondary education required; post-secondary qualification in business, hospitality, or retail management preferred.
