MIU MIU is hiring a Store Manager for K11 Musea, Hong Kong — lead boutique operations, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all day-to-day boutique operations at the K11 Musea location to ensure exemplary client service and operational excellence.
  • Drive sales performance and KPI achievement through active selling, coaching the team, and deploying commercial action plans.
  • Recruit, train and develop boutique staff; establish service standards, sales techniques and career pathways for the team.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, loss prevention and record-keeping in coordination with regional logistics.
  • Implement brand visual merchandising directives and localize displays to maximise product presentation and conversion.
  • Oversee store financials including payroll, expense control and P&L contribution; prepare and submit regular sales and operational reports to headquarters.
  • Cultivate and expand a high-value client portfolio through personalised clienteling, events and CRM initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with brand policies, local regulations and luxury retail standards across all store activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail management, ideally within an international fashion or leather-goods maison.
  • Demonstrable success achieving and exceeding sales targets and managing KPIs in a boutique environment.
  • Strong leadership and people-development abilities with experience recruiting and coaching a high-performing team.
  • Commercial acumen with experience in inventory control, visual merchandising and basic P&L oversight.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; aptitude for building lasting client relationships and hosting events.

Experience
