Role & Responsibilities
- Champion a client-centric culture, delivering exceptional and personalised experiences reflecting the Prada standard
- Drive and maximise sales performance, achieve commercial targets, and deliver sustainable growth
- Inspire and motivate the team to consistently exceed individual and collective KPIs
- Coach, develop and empower team members, with strong focus on talent development and performance management
- Ensure the team remains highly engaged and equipped with latest Prada Group knowledge, product, collections, policies and procedures
- Foster an entrepreneurial, collaborative and high-performance culture
- Act as a strong brand ambassador for Prada within the local market, identifying opportunities to attract new clients and strengthen long-term relationships
- Manage the boutique budget and ensure disciplined control of operating expenses
- Elevate clienteling through strategic initiatives, exclusive appointments and client events
- Ensure highest standards of operational excellence across cash management, inventory, logistics and Head Office reporting
- Uphold the values, standards and distinctive identity of Prada across every aspect of the boutique experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing luxury retail team
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to deliver sales growth and consistently achieve or exceed KPIs
- Genuine passion for client experience with ability to inspire team to create personalised and memorable experiences
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion, competitive landscape and broader retail market
- Exceptional leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and translate them into commercial results
