Prada Store Manager
Prada Group seeks a Store Manager in Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy to lead boutique sales, clienteling, team coaching and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Own overall store performance and act as the brand ambassador in the local market, accountable for sales, profitability and customer retention.
- Drive and maximise sales by proposing and executing business plans and ensuring the team meets and exceeds KPIs.
- Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor to guarantee an exceptional client experience and a strong private appointment culture.
- Develop and implement clienteling and loyalty initiatives in cooperation with central functions to increase client spend and repeat visits.
- Lead, coach and develop the store team, ensuring succession planning, recruitment of top talent and ongoing professional growth.
- Foster omnichannel development through the team and ensure synergy between front- and back-of-house operations.
- Manage store operating budget and control expenses while enforcing company procedures for cash, inventory, logistics and reporting.
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations to define sales strategy and ensure store displays follow brand guidelines.
- Participate in local events with the Retail Events Office and propose initiatives with local stakeholders and influencers to drive footfall.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate, persuade and develop a retail team.
- Strong customer-service mindset with a natural ability to welcome and build long-term client relationships.
- Commercially driven, organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage budgets and KPIs.
- Excellent spoken English; additional languages are desirable.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus; interest in luxury, fashion, art and design.
Skills
Experience
Proven track record in luxury or premium retail management, with demonstrable experience leading a boutique team and achieving sales and clienteling targets (typically several years at supervisory/manager level).
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
