Role & Responsibilities

• Drive and maximize sales performance and exceed store KPIs
• Develop and implement comprehensive business and sales strategies in collaboration with retail merchandising and visual merchandising teams
• Ensure an extraordinary client experience through presence on the sales floor and exceptional service delivery
• Foster a client-centric mindset by developing and maintaining solid client relationships and implementing clienteling initiatives
• Manage and coach the store team, ensuring professional development, succession planning, and internal growth
• Represent the company on the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty
• Foster omnichannel development and integration across the store
• Meet store operating budgets and control expenses while ensuring proper cash activity, inventory, and logistics management
• Develop a strong private appointment culture and coordinate local events with stakeholders and influencers
• Ensure team is updated on company information, product knowledge, local market trends, competitors, policies, and procedures
• Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting
• Enforce company procedures on inventory, cash activity, reporting activities, and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience in a luxury environment
• Strong business acumen and sales drive with demonstrated track record of achieving targets
• Leadership and team management capabilities with ability to motivate and inspire
• Fluent English; additional languages a strong advantage
• Business or Retail Management degree or equivalent experience
• Genuine passion for luxury, fashion, art, and design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience

Minimum 5-7 years of retail management experience in the luxury fashion sector, with a track record of successfully leading store teams, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Education

Business, Retail Management degree, or equivalent professional experience in a comparable luxury retail environment.
