Role & Responsibilities
- Drive financial targets and sales performance for the store, maximizing commercial opportunities and contribution to overall business success
- Develop and implement strategic business plans through product performance analysis and actionable recommendations to the Store Manager
- Foster cross-selling and upselling initiatives across product categories to enhance revenue performance
- Ensure visible presence on the sales floor, maintaining Prada standards and supporting efficient operations throughout the store
- Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership, supporting team members with personal sales development and client relationship building
- Cultivate client relationships to create brand advocates, leveraging the team to capture high-quality customer profiles with every transaction
- Proactively identify new client acquisition opportunities and strengthen loyalty through clientelling initiatives
- Coach and develop the team with consistent guidance, identify training needs, and create individual development plans in partnership with HR and L&D
- Manage team information exchange through daily briefings on relevant topics and sales strategies
- Identify and nurture internal talent, proposing candidates for development opportunities to the Store Manager
- Guarantee adherence to company procedures regarding cash handling, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities
- Provide feedback and recommendations on department needs, coordinating with Visual Merchandising and Merchandising teams
- Ensure effective back-of-house organization and staff grooming standards while protecting company assets
- Master all company tools, applications, and digital platforms; keep the team informed of relevant updates
- Train and inspire the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, client services, and company policies

- Proven track record of leadership and sales performance in a luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive positive client experiences and build lasting loyalty

Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive management experience in luxury retail sales, with proven ability to exceed sales targets, lead high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional client experiences in a branded retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
