PRADA Store Manager in Berlin — lead boutique operations, drive sales and deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations to achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets, including P&L ownership and budget management.
- Recruit, develop and coach a high-performing sales team; set individual and team targets, manage schedules and conduct performance reviews.
- Deliver exemplary luxury client experiences through personalised clienteling, VIP servicing, and proactive CRM utilisation to build long-term relationships.
- Maintain pristine visual merchandising and store standards in strict alignment with brand guidelines; coordinate store resets and seasonal rollouts.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, loss-prevention measures and accurate sales/financial reporting.
- Collaborate with regional management on local marketing activations, omnichannel initiatives and operational process improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, security procedures and legal/regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a store or boutique manager within luxury fashion or premium retail, with strong commercial results.
- Demonstrable leadership experience with the ability to recruit, train and motivate a diverse, customer-facing team.
- Excellent commercial acumen, numeracy and experience managing P&L, inventory and forecasting.
- Fluency in German and English, with outstanding interpersonal and client relationship skills.
- Deep knowledge of luxury product categories (leather goods, accessories, apparel) and an exacting attention to presentation and service standards.

Experience
5+ years of progressive retail management experience, ideally within luxury fashion, with documented success in achieving sales targets, managing teams and owning store-level financial performance.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, ideally in business, retail management or a related discipline; professional retail certifications are an advantage.
