Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performance.
- Develop and propose business plans.
- Lead the store team to exceed KPIs.
- Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and loyalty.
- Ensure a superior client experience on the sales floor.
- Promote Omni Channel development through the team.
- Manage store budget and control expenses.

- Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
- Promote a strong private appointment culture.

- Ensure team preparedness on product knowledge, market trends, and company policies.

- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with merchandising and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Organize and participate in local events with stakeholders and influencers.
Qualifications
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluent spoken English; Mandarin is desirable.
