Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performance to meet and exceed store targets.
- Develop and propose strategic business plans.
- Lead the store team to surpass key performance indicators.
- Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
- Ensure a premium client experience by being actively present on the sales floor.
- Promote Omni Channel development through team initiatives.
- Manage store expenses to meet operating budgets.
- Cultivate a client-centric mindset, ensuring excellent client satisfaction and service.
- Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
- Foster a culture of private appointments.
- Promote team spirit and professional growth through effective communication.
- Ensure team preparedness with comprehensive product and market knowledge.
- Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising and Operations teams.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company guidelines to maximize sales.
- Provide product feedback and participate in buying sessions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures in cash handling, inventory, and logistics.
- Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector, demonstrating strong leadership and business acumen.
Education
Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
Workplace
