Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing retail team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence while developing future talent
- Drive commercial performance by meeting ambitious sales targets, identifying growth opportunities, and creating a client-centric environment that generates long-term loyalty
- Act as the Prada brand ambassador, cultivating meaningful relationships with local, international, VIP, and key stakeholder clients while maintaining the highest luxury standards
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations by managing floor productivity, optimizing resources, maintaining compliance with company procedures, and creating a world-class boutique environment
- Leverage local market knowledge and client preferences to influence merchandising decisions, identify business opportunities, and strengthen Prada's market presence
- Partner with Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising teams to ensure optimal product assortment, visual presentation, and stock levels aligned with brand standards
- Monitor and analyse sales data, CRM metrics, productivity, and operational performance to drive continuous improvement and sustainable growth
Qualifications
- Proven senior retail leadership experience in luxury fashion or comparable luxury sector
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a luxury retail environment
- Strong commercial acumen with track record of driving sales growth and achieving ambitious targets
- Exceptional client relationship management skills with ability to cultivate VIP and key stakeholder relationships
- Deep understanding of luxury brand standards and commitment to operational excellence
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of senior retail leadership experience in luxury fashion, preferably managing high-volume boutique environments or flagship stores. Demonstrated success in driving commercial performance, building and retaining high-performing teams, and managing complex stakeholder relationships in a premium retail context.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, or related discipline preferred; equivalent experience in luxury retail leadership may substitute.
