Prada seeks a Stockroom Operations Manager in Beverly Hills to lead inventory, SAP processes and the stock team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the physical safety and security of merchandise and valuable material within the stockroom throughout all handling processes.
- Manage daily goods receipts and arrange incoming merchandise in compliance with corporate procedures; prepare product for the sales floor and designated areas.
- Plan and execute regular product counts and stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy and meet KPI targets.
- Track product flow and inventory movements using the SAP system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Oversee markdown processes and stockroom activities related to repricing or clearance.
- Coordinate returns, inter‑store transfers and e‑commerce fulfilment in accordance with corporate guidelines and deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness, order and optimal use of all stockroom space in collaboration with the Store Manager and Store Operations Manager.
- Recruit, train, coach and evaluate the stock team; allocate tasks, plan schedules and conduct performance assessment interviews with the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management capability in a retail environment.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate staff, deliver coaching and drive operational standards.
- Mature, assertive presence with the ability to enforce procedures and security measures.
- Business or Retail Management degree (or equivalent) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated interest in luxury, fashion, art or design sectors.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of progressive experience in retail inventory, stockroom or warehouse operations with prior people‑management responsibility; experience in luxury retail preferred.
Education
Business or Retail Management degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
